• Additional charges: Some buildings charge a fee for parking and FOB Keys/Transponders.
• Early check in and late check out: tenants can enter early or stay later by paying 50% of the daily value. Please ask for this option in advance.
• Parcels reception: it is important that packages arrives once you are lodged, and indicate in the address the apartment number. The shipment must be on your name. The Condominium usually charges a fee per package received. The guest must check the reception asking to the reception office.
• All apartments are provided with bed linen and towels.  
• All apartments are NO smokers.
• The apartments do not allow pets.
• Traveling with children: portable cribs and high chairs are available under request.
• Parties and events are not allowed.
• Maximum occupancy at the 1 bedroom units: 4 people over 10 years old. 2 bedroom units: 6 people over 10 years old.
• There is no daily cleaning service.
