Studio in a 6-apartment multifamily, recently remodeled. One block from the beach and the beautiful North Beach Oceanside Park.
Fully furnished, it admits up to 3 people. The room has a queen size bed and a full size sofa bed. Full kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils. Security chest, smart lock, air conditioning, coin operated washer and dryer.
Towels and bedding. Chairs, umbrella and towels for the beach.
Ideal for holiday stays or long term accommodation, 30 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Southbeach. Free Miami Beach trolley on the corner.
Wi-Fi included, 50 inch TV with Hulu streaming service.
Parking:
5 free parking spaces at the front of the property (on the street) but they are not exclusive so they may be occupied.
If you do not get one of those available spaces, parking is paid in the area at a rate of USD 1.30 per hour from 8 AM to 6 PM.
