CANCELATION POLICY

50% of the budget is paid at the time of booking. The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.

All prepaid payments are not refundable.

The cleaning fee is always refunded if you cancel before arrival.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A preauthorization of USD 300.00 will be made the day prior to arrival and will be released in 7 days after departure

OTHER CONDITIONS

The quotes are valid for 48 hours.

The limit hours for check in and check out are based on the local time zone of the accommodation.
